This rubber give us very good sealabilty in engine oil, coolant, air and gear box or transmission oil.

Main rubber characteristics are :
- Temperature range : -40°C to +200°C.
- Mechanical characteristics very stable in this temperature range.
- Du to the fact that fluids are in contact with the gasket only in the thickness , chemical resistance is very good.

Du to the high range of stable characteristics, silicon is able to be used in a wide variety of application.

Coating thickness can be :
- 0.1mm each face when we’ve low bolts load
( less than M8 ).
- 0.05mm each face with high bolts loads
( egal or higher than M8 ).
- Provide surface conformability.
- Provide excellent micro sealing.
